Fifty years ago, in Ecuador, a dream was born: to transform people's lives through design. Madeval is a family business that, with love and dedication, has grown to become an international benchmark in high-end kitchen, closet, and bathroom cabinets. Today, we remain true to that purpose: creating spaces where what matters most—moments spent with family and friends—are experienced. We want this celebration to be yours too, because every shared project has been part of our history.

MADEVAL HISTORY
FROM A FAMILY WORKSHOP IN ECUADOR TO A MULTINATIONAL DESIGN BRAND
1975

OUR ORIGINS
We began as a small woodworking shop in Ecuador with just 8 workers. ​
1985
​
INNOVATION AND EXPANSION
We expanded our facilities, incorporated industrial processes, and raised our quality standards. ​
1990
​
MADEVAL BRAND IS BORN
We adopted the Madeval name and opened our first showroom in Quito, Ecuador.​
1998
​
SECOND SHOWROOM
We expanded our local presence with a second Showroom in Cumbayá, Quito. ​
2002
​
SECOND GENERATION
The next generation of the family revitalized the brand as "Madeval Kitchens, Closets & Bathrooms" ​
2004
​
NATIONAL LEADERSHIP
We participated in national design fairs and began establishing a solid reputation in the industry. ​
2009
​
NATIONWIDE COVERAGE
We consolidated our local growth by opening Showrooms in Guayaquil, Ambato and Manta.​
2011

FIRST INTERNATIONAL SHOWROOM
We began exporting to the U.S. and opened our first international Showroom in Houston, Texas. ​
2018
​
MODERNIZED IDENTITY
We refreshed our brand with an international focus and opened a Showroom in Cuenca, Ecuador, reafirming our national leadership​
2022

INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION
We opened a new Showroom in Caracas-Venezuela and expanded exports to new destinations like Miami, Lima, San Salvador, Toronto, Puerto Rico​
2023

NEW SPACES
We inagurated Showrooms in Machala-Ecuador and Lima-Peru, reinforcing our commitment to funtional design and premium materials.
2024

GLOBAL CONSOLIDATION
We opened a new Showrrom in Miami, Florida-USA and strengthened our international presence.​
2025

50 YEARS OF DESIGN PASSION
We celebrate half a century with new openings in Naples, San Salvador and Toronto.
